Business Development Manager

GEDU Global Education provides higher education services, including education administration programs and study abroad opportunities.

• Identify and create partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers;
• Assist the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake;
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers;
• Analyze customer feedback data to determine satisfaction with company products and services;
• Support programme management team members to maximize enrolment;
• Attend business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners regularly;
• Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning;
• Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits;
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with company executives to determine cost-effective approaches for new business opportunities;
• Meet with potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role;
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to travel as needed;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, management, negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills;
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail;
• Flexibility;
• Must have industry experience in Study Abroad Education.
