Business Development Manager

UPSTARS is a product-based IT company that provides technological solutions and B2B services for international clients, with a focus on iGaming projects. The company holds a B2B license for gambling services in Ukraine and maintains its own infrastructure for developing technological solutions from scratch.

• Control commercial terms and contracts;
• Monitor payments;
• Plan budgets;
• Negotiate with new suppliers and conclude contracts;
• Manage daily relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, and financial aspects;
• Collaborate with financial and legal departments;
• Prepare reports, calculations, and data visualizations in Google Sheets;
• Research and initiate new ideas and optimizations within the company.

• 2+ Years of experience in the IT industry;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Excellent relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Experience in signing and reviewing commercial terms of contracts and additional agreements;
• Attention to detail;
• Analytical abilities and critical thinking;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
• Nice to have: Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, CRM systems, various admin panels, process automation, or CRM implementation.
