задачи
- Identify potential B2B partners globally;
- Engage and build strong relationships with prospective partners, including travel and non-travel focused businesses;
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding into new international markets in collaboration with BD, Product, and Marketing teams;
- Communicate the value of the company’s solutions to partners;
- Manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure;
- Meet and exceed sales targets;
- Gather and share market insights and partner feedback with internal teams.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within IT, digital, affiliate, or travel industries;
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent English (C1 level) and Russian (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: Fluency in Spanish or another second language.
