Business Development Manager

Social Discovery Group is a global network of social discovery companies building platforms to combat loneliness and redefine virtual interaction.

• Own the full lifecycle of partnerships and custom integrations including sourcing, qualification, outreach, negotiation, commercial and technical alignment, launch, and initial performance monitoring;
• Close the current priority pipeline covering RTBPanda traffic partnership, model-promotion agency integration, Microsoft ad-compliance approval, and TikTok/Snapchat account-provider partnerships;
• Run cold outreach to partners and affiliates on an ongoing basis for current needs and new markets as the product expands;
• Maintain a live, prioritized partner list per objective including contacts, geography, channel, status, potential, and next steps;
• Track competitors and competing affiliate programs, and keep recommendations current;
• Hand off signed, running partnerships to affiliate managers for day-to-day management.

- Full-cycle BD/sales/affiliate experience covering cold sourcing, outreach, qualification, negotiation, and commercial terms; - A nose for non-standard traffic sources and partners beyond the obvious ones; - Working knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and hybrid models, channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risk; - Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, APIs, and integration requirements for technical conversations with partner teams; - Comfort with ad-platform compliance processes; - Partner pipeline and CRM discipline with clean database hygiene; - Strong business English for deals and market operations; - Structured, proactive approach, and comfort with ambiguity to independently find partners; - Nice to have: , , .
