Business Development Manager

B2B Clean Space is an international cleaning company that services significant real estate properties with a total area of over 350,000 m². Its team of over 300 cleaners has provided cleaning services for more than 1,600 companies, focusing on professional, reliable service and client satisfaction.

• Work with the database of potential clients;
• Work with the database of regular clients;
• Inform clients about promotions and special offers;
• Schedule meetings by phone, including cold calls;
• Transfer meeting requests to the inspection manager;
• Follow up with clients after sending commercial proposals, justify proposal costs, address objections, and transfer requests for contract documentation preparation;
• Coordinate service terms with clients;
• Follow scripts and maintain reporting.

• No work experience is required;
• Knowledge of Russian and English at C1 level;
• Proficient PC user with Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Customer communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively;
• Organizational skills and proactivity.

• 5-Day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai time;
• Payments are transferred twice a month, strictly on the 15th and 25th;
• Corporate training, including workshops;
• A mentor is assigned from the first day;
