Talent acquisition manager in M&A

Buena (funded by Google Ventures) makes everything related to real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF, whether searching for, buying or financing an apartment. We take over property management companies across Germany and transform them into technology companies. Over the past three years, with 25 full-time employees in Berlin, we have become Germany’s third-largest property management company. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to further expand our competitive advantage in M&A.

• 80% of your first few months will be spent sourcing talent through our various channels. You will also conduct initial screening interviews.
• You build, optimize and take responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process, and implement a CRM that ensures efficiency.
• You seamlessly connect the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline.
• You systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
• You actively contribute ideas for shaping our talent attraction channel mix to our TA strategy.

• You want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
• You have 1–3 years of measurable success in recruiting or headhunting and a proven track record of successfully filling roles.
• You have high resilience in direct outreach, act confidently and are results-oriented.
• You want a very steep learning curve in methodology and technology-enabled work. You should be able to use AI effectively and know other sourcing tools.
