Talent acquisition praktikum in M&A

Buena (backed by Google Ventures) makes everything related to real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF, whether searching for, buying, or financing an apartment. We take over property management companies across Germany and transform them into technology companies. Over the past three years, with 25 full-time employees in Berlin, we have become Germany’s third-largest property management company. We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to join our Talent Acquisition team and further strengthen our competitive advantage in M&A.

• Your task is to win these talents for us.
• You take responsibility from the outset for a portfolio of more than 500 employees and proactively build talent pools across Germany.
• This ensures that every new property management company in the portfolio is staffed with the best employees at all times.
• You work directly with our second-level leadership team at HQ, local managing directors, and our HQ Talent team.
• Recruiting is a central part of our corporate strategy, so we expect a strongly technology-supported approach, a focus on output, and professionalism in your interactions with talent.
• You will spend 80% of your first months sourcing talent through our various channels. You will also conduct initial screening calls.
• You systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
• You actively contribute ideas for shaping our channel mix to attract talent as part of our TA strategy.

• You want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
• You have a demonstrable strong interest in people, recruiting, or sales; for example, you have an active TikTok/IG account, organize events, or have been a professional athlete.
• You can commit to an internship of at least 6 months.
• You have high resilience in direct outreach, act confidently, and are results-oriented.
• You want to develop a very steep learning curve in methodology and technology-supported work.
