Billennium is a global IT organization where recruiters act as business partners and help build teams.

• Run end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in sales, marketing, finance, IT, administration, and operations, from brief to accepted offer
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and advise on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and hiring decisions
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, industry communities, and other channels
• Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarking
• Use AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot, for research, profile analysis, briefs, candidate outreach, and summaries
• Design and implement recruitment automations, including Power Automate flows, ATS workflows, templates, and reporting
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience and communicate clearly at every stage
• Report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and pipeline quality, and propose improvements to Talent Acquisition processes

• At least 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including non-IT business and commercial roles in Poland and the EMEA market
• Proven experience working with Hiring Managers; able to build trust, offer an independent perspective, and influence decisions
• Excellent communication skills, good judgment, and strong intuition when assessing candidates
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools
• Process automation skills and a desire to develop them further
• Strong research and sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other channels
• English at C1 level
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple processes at once
