Support Product & Tech Recruitment Partners with end-to-end recruitment for selected high-volume roles, including sourcing, coordination, and ATS administration
Own end-to-end recruitment for Product Operations
Provide a smooth candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle, from candidate outreach to on-site interviews
Partner with Recruitment Partners to build diverse talent pools through active sourcing
требования
Initial recruitment experience
High level of ownership and an analytical mindset
Proficiency in English and structured communication skills
Будет плюсом: experience with recruiting platforms and tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
условия
Internship for 6 months, 40 hours a week, with the possibility of renewing the contract
