• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior-level and expatriate positions across business units in Uzbekistan
• Source passive candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, Telegram channels, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers
• Lead salary negotiations and offer proposals, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with budget constraints
• Partner with local and regional Hiring Managers on workforce planning, job requirements, and candidate profiles
• Advise management on market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in Uzbekistan
• Ensure a premium and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Design and execute local employer branding initiatives to position the company as an Employer of Choice in Uzbekistan
• Build and maintain a talent community and pipeline for future business expansion
• Establish and foster relationships with local universities, professional associations, and third-party recruitment agencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Deep understanding of the Kyrgyzstan labor market, local hiring regulations, and standard compensation practices
• Russian and English for business communication and reporting
