• Own hiring end-to-end across BEAT81;
• Attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent across the company;
• Partner with business leaders to improve hiring decisions;
• Challenge, coach, and support hiring managers;
• Create structure and accountability for shared hiring responsibility;
• Build strong talent pipelines;
• Proactively source exceptional candidates using AI and modern recruiting technologies;
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer brand;
• Introduce structured interviews, data-driven decision-making, and consistent hiring standards;
• Track pipeline health, hiring performance, and recruitment priorities;
• Provide recruitment insights to support informed business decisions;
• Coach a Working Student or Talent Acquisition Intern as the function grows.

• 5+ Years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or technology business;
• Proven track record of hiring across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate functions;
• Exceptional sourcing skills;
• Early adoption of AI and modern recruiting technologies;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Confidence challenging and influencing senior leaders;
• Experience with structured interviewing and evidence-based hiring;
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS;
• Data-driven mindset;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German.
