ManpowerGroup operates a recruitment process outsourcing service and provides global workforce solutions across multiple international markets.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake call to offer management;
• Recruit across Germany, Austria, Nordics, Benelux and other EMEA markets;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruitment strategies;
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels;
• Conduct screening calls, interviews and candidate assessments;
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping;
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring a great candidate experience.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
• Experience in in-house, RPO or agency recruitment;
• German language skills at minimum B2 level;
• English language skills at minimum B2 level;
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong self-management, resilience and proactive mindset;
• Nice to have: Experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical industry, Experience with Workday ATS.
