ManpowerGroup operates a recruitment process outsourcing service and provides global workforce solutions across multiple international markets.
задачи
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake call to offer management;
- Recruit across Germany, Austria, Nordics, Benelux and other EMEA markets;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruitment strategies;
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels;
- Conduct screening calls, interviews and candidate assessments;
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping;
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring a great candidate experience.
требования
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
- Experience in in-house, RPO or agency recruitment;
- German language skills at minimum B2 level;
- English language skills at minimum B2 level;
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong self-management, resilience and proactive mindset;
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical industry, Experience with Workday ATS.
