• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding;
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey;
• Promote and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment events, social media, and strategic partnerships;
• Utilize recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness;
• Ensure recruitment processes are fair, compliant, and aligned with company standards;
• Collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to support onboarding and talent development initiatives.

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within hospitality or luxury service environments;
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms;
• A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach;
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and attracting top talent;
• Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and employer branding.
