Higgsfield AI is a generative AI company building AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools.

• Build and own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for all hiring needs from sourcing to closing;
• Hire elite software engineers, ML researchers, AI engineers, and prompt engineers, as well as key roles across product, operations, growth, and business functions;
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar platforms to identify and engage top candidates;
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach both technical and non-technical passive candidates in competitive markets;
• Partner with founders and leadership to understand requirements across functions and design recruiting strategies accordingly;
• Craft and deliver compelling narratives that sell the company mission and vision to world-class talent across disciplines;
• Create a repeatable, scalable recruiting process as the company grows into a global leader.

• Proven experience recruiting AI, ML, software engineering, growth, product, operations, and design talent at the highest level;
• Deep understanding of software engineering, LLMs, machine learning, and AI talent profiles;
• Demonstrated success in building technical teams from scratch;
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior engineers and researchers;
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills;
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar recruiting tools;
• Nice to have: experience recruiting in fast-scaling startups or teams, a strong network in the Kazakhstan and global talent ecosystem across engineering, design, product, growth, and operations, familiarity with compensation benchmarking for top engineering and research talent, exposure to employer branding and candidate experience design.
