• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle;
• Ensure an industry-leading candidate experience for both selected and unselected candidates;
• Lead and evolve TA operations and strategy;
• Partner with hiring managers to find great people and advise on hiring plans;
• Understand company culture and promote the brand;
• Drive DE&I and employer branding initiatives to increase visibility in the SaaS space;
• Actively source and select the best candidates;
• Act as an internal consultant to empower hiring managers by advising on best practice and selection;
• Manage the recruitment budget;
• Use data-driven insights to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
• Manage the TA specialist with regular touchpoints and coaching.

• Bring international experience through working with international stakeholders or coming from an international background;
• Bring innovation with ideas or proven examples of leveling up recruitment processes;
• Have an open mindset to look beyond job titles and challenge hiring managers to think outside the box;
• Demonstrate proactivity to identify and execute process improvements;
• Have 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including 1-2 years in-house;
• Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly to recruit for all seniorities across departments in a fast-moving SaaS company;
• Must have eligibility to work in the country you are applying for;
• Nice to have: SaaS recruitment experience with exposure to Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, or RevOps hiring, management or training experience.
