Picnic’s Recruitment team finds and attracts talent worldwide to support the company’s growth. Picnic operates a sustainable business model with fully electric vehicles.
задачи
Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to understand the requirements for open positions;
Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques, and approach them to explore opportunities at Picnic;
Design and execute creative strategies to build robust talent pipelines;
Take full ownership of searches for unique talent while aligning with broader team goals;
Bring fresh ideas and provide input to enhance talent pipeline processes and improve recruitment outcomes;
Recruit potential Analyst candidates for Picnic’s annual Business Course event, together with colleagues.
требования
Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field;
Prior internship or working-student experience, preferably in active sourcing or recruiting;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
Available for 40 hrs p/w for a minimum of 4 months;
EU citizenship is mandatory;
This is a regular internship opportunity; thesis internships and project internships are not considered;
Nice to have: familiarity with Greenhouse as an ATS or curiosity to learn it.
