• Analyze data and identify opportunities that improve Picnic’s business;
• Support strategies that improve the grocery shopping experience;
• Address critical business questions shaping Picnic’s business model;
• Apply a data-driven and analytical mindset to enable operational excellence;
• Create and optimize models for real-time improvements;
• Collaborate with different teams to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions;
• Take ownership of projects and challenge existing ways of working;
• Optimize logistics operations across fulfillment centers, last-mile delivery, and demand forecasting;
• Build scalable backend systems, AI workflows, and internal tooling;
• Support customer growth and strategic category development;
• Optimize search algorithms for recipe discovery;
• Analyze customer retention and membership strategy.

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or Production Engineering; Mathematics; Econometrics; AI; or an equivalent field;
• Passion for data analytics and business consulting;
• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to different stakeholders;
• Proficiency with SQL and Python or willingness to learn;
• Fluent written and verbal English;
• EU citizenship;
• Nice to have: Availability for more than 16 hours per week and more than 4 months.
