- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Proactively source, approach, and attract talent through various channels
- Promote direct hiring strategies and reduce reliance on external agencies
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Analyze recruitment data and market insights to advise stakeholders
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
требования
- Around 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset and proactive approach
- Resilient, independent, and results-oriented
- Native-level Dutch or full professional proficiency in Dutch
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Будет плюсом: Recruitment agency experience, experience as a 360° recruiter
