finance manager in software development

A fast-growing, profitable technology company that is part of an international group.

• Prepare monthly financial reports for the group, including closing packages, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation adjustments
• Communicate day to day in English with the group finance team
• Partner with management by analyzing business performance and KPIs and supporting decision-making
• Supervise and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prepare the P&L and balance sheet
• Control the general ledger under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and file the corresponding tax returns
• Follow up on budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis
• Manage treasury and relationships with banks
• Oversee the invoicing process
• Coordinate with external advisors and auditors
• Contribute to improvement projects, including the potential implementation of a new ERP

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience, including exposure to reporting to an international group or parent company
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
• Proactive and eager to take on challenges and lead projects
