Over the past three years, with fewer than 25 full-time employees in Berlin, we have grown into Germany’s third-largest property management company with more than 400 employees.

• Recruiting is a central part of our company strategy, so we expect a strongly technology-supported approach, an output-oriented mindset, and professionalism in dealing with talent.
• You will spend 80% of your first months sourcing talent through our various channels. You will also conduct initial screening calls.
• You will build, optimize, and take responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process, and implement a CRM that ensures efficiency.
• You will seamlessly connect the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline.
• You will systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.

• You speak German at a native level.
• You want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
• You have 1–3 years of measurable success in recruiting or headhunting and a proven track record of successfully filling roles.
• You have a high level of resilience in direct outreach, act confidently, and are results-oriented.
• You want a very steep learning curve in methodology and technology-supported work. You should be able to use AI effectively and know other sourcing tools.
