onboarding specialist for SaaS booking platform

Altegio is an international SaaS company whose platform helps service businesses accept online bookings, automate operations, and grow revenue. Entrepreneurs in 81 countries use its product.

• Conduct training sessions and consultations on the Altegio platform by phone, Google Meet, or Zoom
• Present and configure Altegio modules during training sessions and consultations
• Format data in Excel or Google Sheets for uploading into Altegio
• Configure modules in Altegio and collect data from clients
• Implement simple HTML script injections into clients’ systems

• Fluent Russian
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High computer literacy and ability to quickly learn a complex IT product
• Experience with Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables, HTML, and CSS
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness; willingness to communicate with clients frequently and assist them
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and strong attention to detail
