• Serve customers and provide cash and non-cash settlement and cash desk services;
• Open and maintain customer accounts, attract and service deposits, service loans, and perform payment and settlement transactions;
• Perform cash and non-cash foreign currency purchase and sale operations;
• Identify customer needs and attract new customers;
• Sell and cross-sell banking services;
• Carry out assignments from the direct manager and other operations defined by the Bank's internal legal acts.

• Higher education in economics or finance;
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking system;
• Experience working with cash;
• Knowledge of Armenian banking legislation;
• Good computer skills, including MS Office;
• Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Sales skills;
• Willingness to work in a team.
