• Develop the information security architecture
• Implement information security solutions aligned with business objectives and legal requirements
• Develop and update information security policies, standards, and internal regulations
• Assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, and evaluate the impact of threats
• Propose risk mitigation measures
• Assess IT security and develop related requirements
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend their use
• Stay informed about developments in information security
• Develop information security requirements for new systems
• Work with IT and business units to understand their information security needs
• Support stakeholders and communicate information security requirements
• Develop and ensure the implementation of incident response plans
• Participate in incident analysis and root-cause identification, and recommend improvements to information security measures
• Ensure information security architecture and solutions comply with applicable legislation
• Participate in preparing for information security audits and drafting responses
• Develop and deliver information security training and awareness programs
• Promote the development of an information security culture
• Develop and maintain information security documentation, including diagrams, policies, and other internal regulations
• Submit regular reports to the manager on the effectiveness of information security measures

• Higher education in a relevant field
• 1–2 Years of proven experience in information security
• Information security certifications such as CISSP or CISM
• Knowledge of information security standards
• Experience assessing information security risks and investigating information security incidents
• Skills in drafting and reviewing regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of Russian and English
