• Present the Bank’s services to clients and provide consultations
• Make transactions
• Compile document packages for opening bank, deposit, and card accounts, and verify their completeness and accuracy
• Process the opening of bank, deposit, and card accounts and provide issued plastic cards
• Track client account turnover and offer new banking services
• Act as an intermediary between clients and Bank subdivisions
• Prepare and provide account statements, confirmations, and handouts to clients
• Receive and report clients’ signals, proposals, and complaints about banking services to the line manager
• Report to the line manager

• University degree
• At least 1 year of work experience, including at least 6 months in customer service
• Good knowledge of basic banking and accounting principles
• General understanding of banking and civil legislation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English
• Excellent communication skills and polite manners
• Detail-oriented and alert
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly navigate and make decisions in conflict situations
