• Manage and develop relationships with an active client base
• Identify client needs and help customers get more value from Altegio
• Drive subscription renewals and proactively reduce churn
• Handle cancellations and challenging client situations, communicating the value of continued cooperation
• Consult clients on payments and additional Altegio products
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Negotiate and close service agreements
• Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting in the CRM
• Track customer needs, account performance, and retention opportunities

• 3+ Years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Retention
• Experience with customer retention, renewals, and upsells
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including churn, retention, NRR, and LTV
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Experience with CRM systems and accurate reporting
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to clearly communicate product value
