Its all-in-one platform helps beauty and wellness businesses manage operations through business software and financial technology solutions, including bookings, point-of-sale, customer management, marketing automation, loyalty programs, inventory, and team management.

• Identify and acquire new beauty and wellness partners in Germany;
• Conduct product demos and advise on software and payment solutions;
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the market;
• Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing;
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partner Operations, and Product to develop go-to-market strategies for DACH;
• Provide continuous market feedback to strengthen Fresha’s position in Germany;
• Achieve and exceed personal KPIs and growth targets;
• Help build the German market together with leadership in DACH and EMEA;
• Shape sales and go-to-market processes.

• Native-level German;
• Initial professional experience in sales, business development, or a consulting role;
• Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, and enjoyment of customer contact;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build new structures and processes;
• Independent working style, ownership mindset, and positive energy;
• Very good English for international collaboration.
