• Partner with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, design, and other teams to design and ship features across the product
• Present work to key stakeholders and communicate design vision effectively
• Take accountability for design quality and contribute to the design team’s culture and growth through knowledge sharing
• Build product knowledge by speaking with internal experts and users, monitoring feedback channels, and reviewing usage and data
• Set up, run, and synthesize user research and benchmarking to inform use cases and improvements
• Turn complex problems into simple solutions that address customer needs and account for current technology capabilities
• Design and prototype interfaces, from lightweight interaction explorations to complex prototypes, with attention to detail

• 4–6 Years of professional experience in a product design role
• Exceptional visual and user interface design skills grounded in user-centered design principles
• Strong understanding of consistency, color, and typography, with attention to detail
• Experience working with design systems to produce scalable, functional designs
• Ability to understand complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions for partners and their customers
• Ability to communicate product direction effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, composure under pressure, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and passion for design
• Ability to translate design concepts into production in collaboration with leadership and engineering teams, delivering high-quality customer value
• Self-starter with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Office-based, 5 days/week in London
