• Mentor senior designers and foster high-quality design craft across the organisation;
• Identify and address systemic design opportunities that improve performance, accessibility, and user satisfaction at scale;
• Align cross-functional teams around a unified product vision;
• Lead complex design initiatives from conception to launch;
• Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities;
• Influence senior leadership through complex design visions.

• Extensive experience leading complex design initiatives from conception to launch within large-scale, high-growth environments;
• Proven ability to define and drive design strategy;
• Demonstrated track record of mentoring designers and elevating work quality within high-performing teams;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Deep technical fluency and strategic understanding of how design influences engineering constraints and product outcomes.
