Business Development Manager

Capital on Tap is a financial platform providing business credit cards, spend management tools, and savings products for small and medium-sized enterprises. The company serves over 200,000 customers and manages significant annual card spend, focusing on simplifying financial operations for business owners.

• Manage a personal portfolio of customer accounts;
• Execute the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to account management;
• Generate leads independently;
• Build and manage a customer pipeline;
• Conduct 30-50 outbound cold calls per day;
• Achieve targets related to card spend;
• Maintain high standards of FCA regulations.

• 2+ Years of telesales experience;
• Experience in a 360 sales cycle;
• Experience in a high-volume cold calling role;
• Nice to have: B2B sales experience, financial sales experience, card sales experience.
