- Manage the full sales cycle from lead handover to contract signature;
- Conduct strategic product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs;
- Negotiate commercial terms and handle objections with key decision-makers;
- Collaborate with the BDR team to define market penetration strategies and optimize pipeline quality;
- Prospect and identify strategic accounts autonomously;
- Maintain CRM data and provide accurate sales forecasting;
- Share market feedback to refine sales pitches and conversion techniques.
требования
- Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS sales;
- Proven track record in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals;
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs;
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor while maintaining team collaboration;
- Nice to have: Experience selling HR software solutions.
