Factorial provides a comprehensive business management platform that centralizes HR, finance, and operations workflows to automate manual processes. The company is currently developing a new IT management product, Factorial IT, designed to unify people, device, and SaaS tool management.
задачи
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close;
- Run discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations with IT and Ops decision-makers;
- Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects;
- Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies;
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape demos, positioning, and future product direction;
- Track and forecast opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
требования
- 1–3 Years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Operations;
- Native or bilingual German;
- Professional English;
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills;
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing pipeline and forecasts;
- Passion for technology and the SaaS space;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build, test, and iterate;
- Nice to have: Experience selling to IT personas (CIO, IT Manager, VP Engineering), background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions, experience with upselling/cross-selling in existing customer bases.
