• Identify and engage decision-makers across the Cyprus B2B landscape, focusing on PE/VC funds, corporate holding structures, and asset managers;
• Build strategic relationships with local multipliers such as accountants, tax advisors, and law firms;
• Manage the end-to-end commercial cycle for high-value accounts, from discovery and treasury pitches to compliance onboarding and closing;
• Educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on leveraging treasury and MMF solutions to optimize cash reserves;
• Partner with the sales leadership team to refine the ideal customer profile, localized messaging, and regulatory positioning for the Cyprus market;
• Represent the brand at major financial services, fund industry, and fintech events in Cyprus.

• 3+ Years of B2B/institutional sales experience within the Cyprus financial ecosystem;
• Deep knowledge of Cyprus financial structures and liquidity management;
• Established network of contacts among CFOs, fund operations leads, and managing directors;
• Technical fluency in FX, money market funds, yield generation, and compliance/KYB processes;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a high-autonomy environment;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Proficiency in other languages.
