Spotware Systems develops trading platforms and related products, including cTrader and cBridge, for the Forex and fintech industry.

• Provide B2B support as part of a team;
• Investigate issues raised by clients or internal teams and provide satisfactory resolutions or escalate them according to requirements;
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and third parties to resolve tasks;
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation;
• Develop a strong understanding of Forex and the platform to provide effective service to clients and colleagues.

• 4+ Years of experience in technical support within a brokerage or fintech environment;
• Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms, including manager and admin functions, plugins, and gateways;
• Good knowledge of liquidity bridges such as oneZero, PrimeXM, and Centroid;
• Knowledge of SQL, including writing, understanding, and troubleshooting queries for data analysis and issue investigation;
• Experience providing Operating System and Application-level support;
• Strong problem-solving and investigation skills;
• Good English;
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve efficiency, problem-solving, and the quality of results;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workload;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Ability to work on a 24/6 weekly shift rotation after the training period;
• Nice to have: Experience working with or supporting API integrations, knowledge of the FIX protocol, programming or scripting skills.
