описание
задачи
- Provide B2B technical and functional support to clients;
- Investigate and resolve issues using logs, SQL, system and application analysis;
- Troubleshoot MT4/MT5, plugins, gateways, liquidity bridges, OS and applications;
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and third parties;
- Create and maintain technical documentation;
- Develop strong knowledge of Forex and the platform.
требования
- Have 3+ years of technical support experience in brokerage or fintech;
- Have good knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager & Administrator, plugins and gateways;
- Have experience with liquidity bridges: oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid or similar;
- Have practical SQL skills;
- Have OS and application-level support experience;
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Have good English;
- Have experience using AI tools in daily work;
- Be willing to work a 24/6 rotating shift schedule after training;
- Nice to have: API integrations, FIX protocol, programming / scripting.
