• Analyze business and technical requirements and define testing strategies with cross-functional teams
• Perform manual and automated functional and non-functional testing
• Identify, investigate, document, and track software defects; provide root cause analysis and work with developers on resolutions
• Maintain and improve test environments
• Design, execute, and optimize test strategies for complex, high-availability backend systems
• Contribute to developing and maintaining automated test frameworks
• Participate in code reviews for automated tests and production code
• Improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation practices

• 5+ Years of professional Quality Assurance experience, primarily with backend applications
• 2+ Years of experience troubleshooting Java applications
• Proficiency in Java for developing and maintaining automated tests
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test design techniques, including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and state transition testing
• Experience creating and maintaining test cases in Allure TestOps, including requirements traceability and reporting
• Hands-on experience testing microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience testing TCP socket-based integrations, including WebSocket and gRPC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including impact analysis and work with functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience identifying root causes and understanding issue impact in complex backend environments
• Good SQL knowledge for backend data validation and troubleshooting
• Linux command-line experience for troubleshooting and maintaining test environments
• Strong communication skills
• Active use of AI tools in daily QA and engineering workflows
