Present and promote the company’s value proposition to prospective customers
Develop customer-specific concepts and prepare technical and commercial proposals
Evaluate customer requirements and project opportunities commercially and technically
Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain management, and regional sales teams throughout the sales process
Define and execute offer strategies, including contract negotiations through successful project award
Manage CRM data, develop a sustainable sales pipeline, and manage liaison activities for assigned sales regions
требования
Several years of professional experience, including technical sales or bid management
Experience in project management
Extensive technical expertise in engineering, construction, commissioning, or project management within power generation, Oil & Gas, or petrochemical industries
Experience with hydrogen electrolysis technologies, related process technologies, and safety requirements
Strong contract and commercial understanding, with solid knowledge of project management methods and tools
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to perform under pressure and challenging deadlines
