• Research the chemical raw materials market, including industry size, growth trends, competitors, and trade volumes
• Identify target customer segments and analyze their needs, decision-making processes, and pain points
• Build and execute a market development plan with priority regions, timelines, and expected results
• Promote products through phone outreach, online channels, customer visits, and industry exhibitions
• Lead negotiations, manage contract signing, and ensure smooth project implementation
• Track sales performance and customer acquisition, and adjust strategy based on data
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer questions or complaints
• Report on market coverage, progress, and areas for improvement

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer development, or international trade in the chemical industry, ideally in the market
• Proven track record of winning customers and delivering cooperation projects
• Strong knowledge of chemical raw materials, including product characteristics, pricing, and market trends
• Good understanding of business culture, etiquette, and regulations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
