- Own full-cycle enterprise sales, from self-sourced pipeline through close;
- Build and convert pipeline in a high-velocity, high-ACV environment;
- Lead technical, consultative conversations around AI-driven observability and data strategy;
- Sell into engineering, SRE, and data leaders solving problems at TB-scale;
- Drive $500K plus land-and-expand motions with multi-million dollar growth potential;
- Work cross-functionally with Snowflake teams to capitalize on opportunities within the ecosystem;
- Learn fast, apply quickly, and adapt constantly to support growth.
требования
- Proven ability to create own pipeline and consistently convert it;
- Experience selling complex, technical products such as observability, infrastructure, or data platforms;
- Ability to lead with architecture rather than just features;
- Strong sales intuition (MEDDICC or similar) and a track record of outperforming peers;
- Resilience and success in ambiguous or early-stage environments;
- Technical curiosity and ability to engage deeply with engineers;
- Evidence of excellence, including top performance, quota overachievement, and promotions;
- Persistence, competitiveness, and ownership mentality;
- Nice to have: Domain familiarity in observability, infrastructure, or data platforms, Growth mindset.
