- Manage the sales region in Southern/Western Germany or the Berlin area;
- Communicate with C-level executives, authorized signatories, and technical directors in the housing industry;
- Oversee the entire sales process at the C-level;
- Promote innovative PV solutions for the decarbonization of real estate;
- Manage the sales pipeline across all phases of the sales cycle;
- Control cross-team processes for offer and contract creation.
требования
- Native-level German (spoken and written);
- Completed commercial training or a degree with a technical or business background;
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on the housing industry;
- Independent, results-oriented, and closing-focused working style;
- High motivation and passion for sales;
- Valid work permit for Germany.
