• Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets as their main point of contact
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and understand partners’ needs
• Identify, evaluate, and approach new partners aligned with commercial and market priorities
• Lead partnership projects from research and initial outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch, performance review, and next steps
• Review partner performance, identify opportunities and issues, and turn data into clear actions
• Coordinate launches and partner initiatives with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Use advanced AI tools and automation to improve productivity across partner research, communication, reporting, and daily workflows
• Ensure partner activity meets regulatory, commercial, and brand standards

• 3+ Years of experience in affiliate marketing or business partnerships
• Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or another regulated industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working directly with external partners
• High ownership, accountability, and motivation to deliver results
• Ability to organise and lead projects from start to finish
• Commercial mindset and ability to use data to make practical decisions
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional written and spoken English
• Practical experience using advanced AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, and decision-making
