Fresha is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self-care industry. It connects salons, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios and health practices with consumers and provides businesses with marketplace, operational management and financial technology solutions.

• Achieve sales targets consistently;
• Contact key decision-makers by phone, email and social channels to bring in new business, including in-person meetings when appropriate;
• Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners;
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close;
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing and potential partners to align solutions with their needs and business objectives;
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience;
• Provide feedback on ongoing industry trends;
• Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM;
• Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities;
• Deliver other activities as required.

• Minimum 3 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success;
• Multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively;
• Demonstrate curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop;
• Fluency in Dutch and English;
• Nice to have: experience with SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms, experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

• €70,000 - €80,000 Per year - Total package;
