задачи
- Identify and attract new affiliates including KOLs, influencers, and trading schools;
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives;
- Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge;
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users.
требования
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Fluent Ukrainian (written and spoken);
- Proven experience in affiliate or business development roles within the crypto industry, preferably in the CIS region;
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets;
- Solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations;
- Nice to have: Experience with cross-cultural or cross-timezone teams, previous experience at a crypto exchange, passion for blockchain and crypto payments.
