BD Manager

Unilime provides web and design services to clients across the US and European markets.

• Build personalized outbound campaigns for potential clients in the US and Europe;
• Analyze companies and identify trigger signals such as business scaling, open job positions, product updates, tech stack changes, and redesigns, and use them for personalized outreach;
• Work with a modern GTM stack including Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, BuiltWith, and Wappalyzer, applying them to achieve concrete business results;
• Analyze projects on Upwork, prepare tailored proposals, and build long-term client relationships;
• Conduct Discovery Calls, identify clients' business needs, and present relevant web and design solutions;
• Analyze outbound campaign performance, test new hypotheses, and continuously improve key sales funnel metrics.

• Have 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or SDR;
• Have hands-on experience with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, or Smartlead;
• Understand account research principles, outreach personalization, and modern B2B outbound practices;
• Have experience conducting Discovery Calls and qualifying potential clients;
• Speak Upper-Intermediate+ English for negotiating with international clients;
• Have the ability to work with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for account research, communication personalization, and automating routine tasks;
• Nice to have: Experience selling web development, UI/UX design, SaaS, or digital products, experience with Clay, RB2B, or other data enrichment tools, understanding of email deliverability principles and mail infrastructure including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, experience with Clutch, GoodFirms, or other B2B platforms, experience with sales through Upwork.
