- Identify, approach, and onboard new premium publishers and strategic partners;
- Build and maintain long-term, scalable partnerships while maximizing existing relationships;
- Open new business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and launch new campaigns;
- Work directly with the agency founders to identify and execute high-growth opportunities;
- Represent the company at major industry conferences and networking events worldwide;
- Monitor partner performance and identify strategic opportunities to increase volume, ROI, and profitability;
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging traffic sources, and new market opportunities.
требования
- At least 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, specifically in sales-driven Affiliate Management or Business Development roles;
- Established network of active contacts within the affiliate marketing industry;
- Experience working directly with high-quality traffic sources and direct publishers;
- Hands-on experience with Everflow, Affise, or similar affiliate tracking platforms;
- Solid, metric-driven understanding of performance KPIs, including CPA, CPL, RevShare, EPC, and ROI;
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: Strong background in Lead Generation.
