The organization operates across multiple countries, combining an established track record and entrepreneurial culture with a strong focus on partner-led business development.
задачи
- Recruit and onboard finance brokers, accountants, and other referral partners across the Netherlands;
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing partner network that generates new business;
- Develop relationships with selected SME clients and originate new financing opportunities;
- Act as the local market representative and increase brand presence in the Netherlands;
- Adapt the value proposition and commercial approach to the Dutch market;
- Monitor partner performance and drive ongoing engagement and deal flow;
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and funding experience.
требования
- Native Dutch speaker;
- English B2;
- 5-10 Years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial finance;
- Background in invoice finance, factoring, SME lending, working capital, or related financial services;
- Proven ability to win new business and develop commercial relationships;
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently;
- Strong networking and partner-development skills;
- Resilient, hands-on, and results-driven with a hunter mentality;
- Ability to build a market presence from the ground up and manage the full business development cycle;
- Nice to have: Existing network of finance brokers, accountants, or commercial finance intermediaries.
