• Learn about potential customers’ goals, pain points, and ways of working;
• Shape solutions tailored to customer needs;
• Build relationships with new customers and strengthen existing ones;
• Identify and act on immediate business opportunities while developing long-term relationships;
• Connect with decision-makers, often at C-level;
• Advise customers and help close deals;
• Work with business consultants to identify opportunities for added value;
• Collaborate with marketing and customer teams to turn opportunities into action;
• Build partnerships and expand the professional network;
• Stay up to date with market developments.

• Solid experience in B2B sales;
• Initiative and ability to define an independent path;
• Strong collaboration skills;
• Ability to be regularly present at the Arnhem or Berchem office;
• Experience or strong interest in digital collaboration, workflow tools, or business process improvement;
• Fluent English, required for all locations;
• Fluent Dutch for Belgium and the Netherlands, or French for France.
