BD Manager

• Act as the Everpure evangelist within the distributor by managing positioning, differentiation, messaging, and use cases;
• Build and execute the demand generation and marketing plan for Everpure, including events, campaigns, and partner activities;
• Manage MDF investments;
• Enable and train distributor account managers and sales teams on Everpure value proposition, competitive positioning, and go-to-market plays;
• Own pipeline tracking internally and support deal registrations;
• Work with Everpure on opportunity management;
• Run weekly reporting and business reviews with the Everpure PAM;
• Drive net-new logo acquisition and distributor-sourced opportunities;
• Track targets and KPIs;
• Support partners and customers with commercial and operational topics such as pricing, tender requirements, order tracking, and payment follow-up;
• Track customer hardware expansion and support renewals;
• Monitor Everpure incentives, rebates, and rewards.

• 3+ Years in B2B IT sales, business development, product management, or channel roles;
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, ideally storage, data management, or backup;
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-level and partner leadership;
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams;
• Strong planning skills with the ability to run activities-to-pipeline motion;
• English (working proficiency);
• Russian (fluent).
