Account Manager

Social Discovery Group is a global social discovery company that unites over 60 brands with 500 million users. • Manage operational and analytical tasks independently from goal setting to execution and result control;
• Analyze statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities;
• Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
• Contribute to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools such as CRM, reporting, files, and internal guidelines;
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimization.

• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, and communication) at C1+ level;
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication) at B1+ level;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in negotiating, working with contractors and partners, and handling claims;
• Confident work with data in Google Sheets and Excel;
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.
