• Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through close, building a pipeline and winning high-value business across the US
• Break into key accounts through thoughtful outbound strategies that engage decision-makers and create new opportunities
• Turn customer challenges into compelling solutions by tailoring pitches and positioning Breeze's value for each prospect
• Build the case for change by creating urgency, challenging incumbents, and showing prospects why Breeze is the better choice
• Bring customer and market insights to Product and Marketing to sharpen the GTM strategy and influence future products

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ Years of B2B closing experience
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and winning complex, high-value mid-market or enterprise deals
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, build compelling business cases, create urgency, negotiate effectively, and close at the executive level
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and present complex solutions clearly and persuasively
• Self-starter who takes ownership, moves quickly, and adapts as priorities and opportunities evolve
