Healthtech-1 is building technology to improve access to UK healthcare. Its products help patients find and book GP appointments, including patient registration software, Bookable Search, and Bookable Navigator.

Convert new practices, owning a geographic patch and targeting at least 10 live practices per week
Improve demo-to-sign and sign-to-live conversion rates
Generate leads through high-impact strategies, storytelling, data, and research, and maintain a personal demo calendar
Improve team processes, contribute to stretch targets, and create a positive impression for practices
Own live-practice targets, outbound campaign quality and effectiveness, and the go-to-market strategy for the assigned patch
Co-own lead-list enrichment, CRM hygiene, and demo booking with Junior Growth Specialists
Influence inbound campaign investment and delivery, and feed customer feedback into product direction
Learn NHS processes and products, build empathy through direct exposure, and spend several days working as a GP practice receptionist
Complete practice administration tasks, including process documents and a triage form, and serve and call patients
Present the “Old World” to the team and develop an authentic style aligned with Healthtech-1’s style
Observe demos and cold calls, reflect on them, and share learnings with the manager
Deliver demos, close and onboard practices independently, and document all activity in the CRM
Report proactively on pipeline activity and health, including activity, conversion, results, duration, and average sign-to-live time
Create five support or growth articles, share knowledge, and help a team member debug a problem

2 Years of sales experience
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Takes initiative, is comfortable making calls and handling rejection, and focuses on outcomes and business goals
Communicates persuasively and clearly, adapts to feedback, and adjusts plans
Is tech-savvy and familiar with tools such as Attio
Works well in a team, has low personal ego, and contributes constructively to team processes
Works hard, builds rapport, and looks for creative, high-impact opportunities

Four office days and one work-from-home day for most roles; anchor days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Homemade breakfast and lunch are provided in the office, with team takeaways every Monday evening
Two paid volunteer days per year and one team social day every eight weeks
